Here you will learn about my own journey and what I bring to my clients as their Executive Coach or Life Coach.

At the age of six I had open heart surgery. This taught me the importance of celebrating life. I believe we have to take this life we have been given and experience all the joy and happiness it brings.

I spent my first twenty years worrying about making "the right choices". It was in my mid 20s, during a year of adversity, that I found my own authentic voice and the power that brings. I can do the same for you.

My work has led me to travel all over the world. I have lived in Toronto (Canada), London (UK) and the Bahamas. Meeting and working with people globally has given me a love of culture and shown me that no matter where we are from, when we sit and have a conversation - we can all connect.

I am passionate about empowering people. From a young age I recognized my ability to approach emotional issues with reason and logic. I have used this skill to overcome adversities and find success. I can do the same for you.

I love entrepreneurship and have owned my own company for over a decade. I have taught, performed and spoken at events globally. It excites me to help entrepreneurs set up their businesses and support business owners to grow.

I started coaching in 2008 after training as a Life Coach. I have an MBA and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring. I also hold a Certificate in Intuitive Counseling.

I have worked in senior management roles which includes working in the offices of the Mayor of London (UK). As an arts lover, I was the of Head of Enterprise and the Head of Innovation for the world-famous conservatoire, the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

​

I love educating and inspiring and built the Education and Outreach Program for Canada's largest theatre. I also helped design a Commercial Dance diploma program and was a Professor of Culture and World Trends.

​

I have worked in banks, technology companies and in sales and marketing. My passion is the performing arts and I sit on boards which work to increase diversity and representation in the creative industries.

​

I have had a wide-ranging career and wouldn't change any of it. It has brought me to incredible places and allowed me to connect with inspiring people.
